Tips on the Use of Essential Oil

  1. Aromatherapy Diffuser - Drop approximately 7-8 drops of essential oil with water into the diffuser, then allow the sweet scent of the essential oil fill your room.

  2. Steaming - Add 5-7 drops of essential oil to hot water or face steamer, use towel to cover your head to prevent the escaping of the steams. Close your eyes, and enjoy for 10-15 minutes

  3. Cleopatra’s Bathing Method -Add 8-10 drops of essential oil to half a cup of milk, pour into your bath and enjoy.

  4. Shower - After cleansing your body, add 3-4 drops of essential oil to warm wet towel and apply and enjoy, then rinse.

  5. Bath - Add 10 drops of essential oil to bath. For those with dry skin, it is recommended adding 5ml of herbal extract.

  6. Massage - Mixing 3-6 drops of essential oil with 10ml of herbal extract, and lightly massage your skin

  7. Hair therapy - When washing hair, add 1-2 drops of essential oil to shampoo or conditioner, and enjoy.
